Station 85 officially took ownership of the historic Potwin building just last week. We now have a rare opportunity to secure a major Historic Economic Asset Lifeline Grant (HEAL). This a state redevelopment grant that could bring up to $100,000 into our community. To qualify for full funding, we must show strong matching dollars by the grant deadline: Dec. 31st 2025!

We need to raise $40,000 in the next two weeks.

Even though our entire roof project has been generously donated by AR Roofing, we still have critical restoration needs to complete before we can activate the space and meet the grant requirements.
